PNEUMA BREATHWORK
DATE:
Saturday, October 19th • 4 pm to 7 pm
DONATION:
$500 pesos
Pneuma Breathwork is a revolutionized, powerful, and profound pranayama technique. When the prana enters through our respiratory system, the heart opens, and the perception of our internal and external reality is perceived in a crystalline and penetrating way. Prana or light atoms stimulate our consciousness towards its awakening. It is a technique for the expansion of consciousness, self-knowledge, and the progressive analysis of the psyche.
Pneuma Breathing allows us to know more about ourselves, where that nests that does not allow us to move freely in life along the path of peace and harmony with ourselves and with others.
This practice is part of the activities of the Inner Peace tour of the Tibetan monks. In each city they will offer a Pneuma Breathwork session that will be led by a certified facilitator in Transpersonal Psychology and Pneuma Breathwork. Here, a monk will be starting with his songs and relaxation at the beginning of the session.
